The Brisbane band say no rest for the wicked
Riding on the momentum of unleashing their second record to the airwaves and completing a tour in the support slot for Hungry Kids of Hungary, Brisbane's Little Scout will soon be sharing their new record with fans in their own album launch shows down the east coast of Australia.
The indie four-piece released Are You Life last week, gaining rave reviews and fans across the country – including us here at theMusic – and now the band are taking some time to celebrate the offering by touring seven dates through October and November.
Are You Life brags the collaboration of mixer Lars Stavros , who has worked with the likes of Cold War Kids and The Mars Volta, and mastering duties taken out by Joe LaPorta of New York's Sterling Sound.
To coincide with their tour announcement, Little Scout have additionally released the music video for much-loved single March Over To Me, displaying a holographic frontwoman Melissa Tickle leading the band in an array of flashing lights.
Are You Life is available now through MGM.
