It's expected he'll appear in court this week.
US rapper Young Thug has reportedly been arrested on gang-related charges.
As The New York Times reports, the Listen Out headliner, real name Jeffery Williams, was arrested alongside 27 other people, including rapper Gunna.
Young Thug was arrested at his Atlanta home on suspicion of gang involvement over an alleged 2018 incident, and conspiracy to violate the state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations Act (RICO) over an alleged 2013 incident.
It has also been alleged that Young Thug rented a vehicle in 2014 that was later used in connection with the murder of a rival gang member.
All those named in the 56-count grand jury indictment were accused of being members of the “criminal street gang” YSL, which shares the same initials as Williams’ YSL Records imprint.
Other members of YSL were charged with murder and attempted armed robbery.
