Lindsay Lohan files for restraining order against dad

Lindsay Lohan has advised her lawyer to start the paperwork to file a restraining order against her father Michael Lohan.

Apparenlty Lindsay is worried that her father was going to kidnap her and was encouraged by her mother Dina to take legal action.

Last week, her father said:

 "I'm going to see the judge this week. If I can't get a conservatorship, then I'm going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I'm going to get charged with kidnapping."

Please take her Michael, and never let her back into our lives.
