No bullshit.
Liars have revealed four Australian dates this September promoting their eighth studio album, TFCF - the band's first shows here in four years.
The tour commences in Melbourne, before hitting Sydney and Wollongong.
This is the first Liars record that Angus Andrews, now the outfit's only mainstay, has made without longtime collaborator Aaron Hemphill, and was shortlisted for The Australian Music Prize in 2017.
Although locally born, it's also the first album that Andrews has written and recorded here in the project's 17 years. Preceding album Mess was recorded in LA, with location central to Liars' creative process. Andrews has said that the isolation he experienced working in the Australian bush informed the writing of TFCF.
