letlive. vocalist Jason Aalon Butler has apologised and cleared the air regarding the recent controversy sparked by perceived similarities between letlive’s latest album cover and that of Remembering Never’s 2004 released, ‘Women and Children Die First’.

In June, Remembering Never posted the following statement via Facebook:

Well, I guess we have officially reached "has-been" status... should've at least waited until there was a time of death, letlive. You're welcome.

Butler, in a video interview with Rock-Forever-Magazine.com touched on the issue:

“They [Remembering Never] did an album [cover] that was similar and we just found out about it. They were really upset about it. Honestly, we had no idea at all.

“We do apologise for that, but honestly we had no idea and we meant no disrespect. Sorry about that guys,” Butler said.
