Rock music mainstay Lenny Kravitz has announced more Australian shows to coincide with his upcoming headline turn at Bluesfest.

The soulful singer and guitarist will perform at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne and Sydney's Qantas Credit Union Arena this April, with tickets on sale Wednesday 17 December at 10am.

Supporting Kravitz at these two appearances will be funky New Orleans musician Trombone Shorty, who will also perform at Bluesfest with his Orleans Avenue band.
