You've already heard Chills, here's your chance to hear more
Jazz/blues chanteuse Leah Flanagan is dropping her new album Saudades in a couple of weeks and, having already enticed us with Chills, will be taking the whole record on a national album launch tour.
Drawing from a myriad of cultural and historical influences such as Bengali poet Rabindranath Tagore, the 1000 paper cranes story about Hiroshima and more, Flanagan's record will be given a solid showcase at nine shows this October and November, including a quick stint at Dashville Skyline with her full band.
She'll kick off the tour on 1 October before moving onto Melbourne, Main Ridge, Brisbane, Lismore, Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong and Darwin. Head to theGuide for further details.
Saudades is due for release on 16 September.
