Some unfortunate news for Laurel Halo fans, with the electronic producer from Brooklyn cancelling her Australian tour planned for next year, including January's Sugar Mountain Festival in Melbourne's CBD.

Halo's promoter confirmed the tour's cancellation was due to unforeseen circumstances, with the festival assuring fans to stay tuned for another lineup announcement drop this week.

The Sugar Mountain Festival will take place over a few days in January, headlined by the Forum Theatre main event on Saturday 19 January, showcasing a range of musical and visual art talent.

Here's the adjusted music lineup.

Dirty Projectors, ESG, Peanut Butter Wolf, Action Bronson,  Boomgates, Brothers Hand Mirror, Collarbones, Forces X Anthony Hamilton, HTRK, Hunx & His Punx, Jonti, Kirin J Callinan X Kim Moyes, Lower Plenty, Naysayer & Gilsun, Woods.

Along with the arts lineup announced a few weeks ago.

Kris Moyes, Hamishi, Antony Hamilton, Misha Hollenbach, Kit Webster, Markus Hofko, Keith Deverell, Thomas Russell, Phantôscopia, Jeremy Earle.
