Adelaide producer and writer L.K. McKay has been behind the scenes in recent years, producing many of Tkay Maidza's pounding hits and acting as her tour DJ since 2013, but this year, McKay's set to be front and centre.
McKay has announced his very first national DJ tour, where he'll take to five states this year with his debut track, Tip Toe, featuring Doe Paoro and Sparkadia frontman Alexander Burnett.
Having already graced SXSW, Splendour In The Grass and CMJ Music Marathon stages, McKay recently signed to Dew Process, boasting his mate Tkay Maidza and Last Dinosaurs.
McKay's tour will kick off at Coolangatta's Rattlesnake Motel on Friday, 26 February, before he brings his beats to Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and two dates in Perth until Saturday, 12 March.
