L-FRESH The LION Video Cracks MTV World Market

Sydney-born hip hop artist L-FRESH The LION is enjoying some love in the international market, with one of his video's picked up by global music platform MTV Iggy.

His clip for Survive (feat. MK-1), off his recently released debut LP One, is one of this week's Best New Hip Hop videos playlist. The video was uploaded to the website earlier in the week and then selected as one of the top five for the playlist. One of L-FRESH's other clips – Faithful – has also previously featured on the site.

If you're not familiar with MTV Iggy, it focuses on showcasing music from artists all over the world and in particular, introducing to the lucrative American market. The online network was launched in 2011, with regular segments from Iggy featuring on the broader MTV television channels.
