KPop Demon Hunters star Audrey Nuna is heading to Perth for an exclusive performance in March.

The voice of Mira in the worldwide hit film, Nuna is also a successful solo artist. She’ll perform live at the Opening Ceremony of the AFC Women’s Asian Cup, held at Perth Stadium on Sunday, 1 March.

The exclusive performance will see Nuna take to the stage for a one-night-only solo show before the Matildas play the Philippines in the opening match of the tournament.

Tickets are available to purchase now via Ticketmaster, with tickets offering access to the Opening Ceremony performance and the Opening Match.

Audrey Nuna is a Korean American singer, rapper, and songwriter who, even before the release of KPop Demon Hunters, had emerged as one of the most influential new voices in Asian pop culture and female empowerment.

Her career as a singer and rapper features bold, genre-defying sounds that blend R&B and hip-hop with pop. As a lyricist, Nuna celebrates confidence, self-expression, and individuality—all perfect aspects for her role on KPop Demon Hunters.

The popular animated Netflix film has won two Golden Globe Awards and been nominated for Academy Awards, including for the vibrant pop single, Golden, which is nominated for Best Original Song at this year’s Oscars ceremony.

Nuna told 7 News of the surprise performance, “I’ve never done anything like this as a solo act before, so it’s going to be one that I literally see on my deathbed flashing before my eyes, like a core memory.”

Audrey Nuna made her live debut in Australia last August, with two intimate gigs in Melbourne and Sydney. She performed in support of her second album, TRENCH, which arrived in October 2024.

In 2018, Nuna’s self-released music began to garner attention, leading to a signing with Arista by age 20. Known for her razor-sharp lyricism, dynamic visual aesthetic, and self-directed music videos, as well as appearing as Mira in KPop Demon Hunters.

She’s collaborated with Jack Harlow, DJ Snake, and Teezo throughout her career and performed on festival stages including Lollapalooza, Head in the Clouds, Day N Vegas, and Hangout.
