King 810 singer off the hook

Last month KYS reported that members of King 810 were arrested in connection to a critical beating. The band has now offered an update claiming the charges against frontman David Gunn have been dismissed.

Last month KYS reported that members of King 810 were arrested in connection to a critical beating. The band has now offered an update claiming the charges against frontman David Gunn have been dismissed.

 

Bassist Eugene Gill however is still charged but has been permitted by the judge to travel, meaning that the band will still play the European Mayhem Fest.

The case against David Gunn was just dismissed by the judge.


The case against Gene was bound over to circuit court. Bond was amended for travel.
