Killswitch Engage Add Extra Show To 2026 Australian Tour

After tickets to their first Melbourne show sold out in under two weeks, Killswitch Engage have added an extra evening in the city.

Killswitch Engage fans in Melbourne will be very happy with this announcement: the Western Massachusetts metal outfit has added an extra show at the Forum this November.

Melbourne has spoken, and quickly: the band’s first show at the Forum, taking place on Tuesday, 10 November, has already sold out. Responding to phenomenal demand, Killswitch Engage have added a second show in Melbourne, happening the night before their first on Monday, 9 November.

Tickets to the Melbourne show – and all other shows on their Australian tour – are available now via the SBM Presents website.

Killswitch Engage’s upcoming tour finds the band stopping in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand, before heading to Australia to perform in Brisbane, Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Fremantle.

The tour marks the first time Killswitch Engage have played in Australia and New Zealand since September 2024 – when they opened shows for Iron Maiden – and their first headline tour Down Under since 2018. For their upcoming shows, they’ll be joined by special guests Sylosis, the metal outfit hailing from England.

Killswitch Engage’s most recent album, This Consequence, was released last February, marking their first release since 2019’s Atonement. The record is home to the hit single, I Believe, which became the band’s first song to reach the Top 10 of the US Mainstream Rock chart, peaking at #4.

Meanwhile, Sylosis made their Australian debut at Soundwave back in 2013 and didn’t return until last year, when they embarked on their first-ever headline tour of the country. Their latest album, The New Flesh, was released in February of this year.
