American metal legends Killswitch Engage are returning to Australia and New Zealand this November, today announcing their biggest Antipodean headline shows yet.

The tour begins in New Zealand, taking place at Auckland’s Powerstation on Saturday, 31 October, and Wellington’s Meow Nui on Sunday, 1 November.

From there, the band heads to Australia, performing at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Tuesday, 3 November, Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Friday, 6 November, Wollongong’s Waves on Saturday, 7 November, Melbourne’s Forum on Tuesday, 10 November, Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Thursday, 12 November, and concluding the run at Metropolis Fremantle on Saturday, 14 November.

The tour marks the first time Killswitch Engage have played in both countries since September 2024 – when they opened shows for Iron Maiden – and their first headline tour Down Under since 2018. For their upcoming shows, they’ll be joined by special guests Sylosis, the metal outfit hailing from England.

Fans can score tickets via the Spotify pre-sale on Tuesday, 19 May, at 10 am AEST by using the code KSE26. The promoter pre-sale is up next on Wednesday, 20 May, at 10 am AEST with the code KSEAUS.

The general sale commences on Thursday, 21 May, at 10 am AEST. You can find more ticketing information on the SBM Presents website.

Killswitch Engage’s most recent album, This Consequence, was released last February, marking their first release since 2019’s Atonement. The record is home to the hit single, I Believe, which became the band’s first song to reach the Top 10 of the US Mainstream Rock chart, peaking at #4.

Meanwhile, Sylosis made their Australian debut at Soundwave back in 2013 and didn’t return until last year, when they embarked on their first-ever headline tour of the country. Their latest album, The New Flesh, was released in February of this year.
