He'll now spin tracks at Birdees in Fortitude Valley

More Kenny Larkin More Kenny Larkin

There has been in change in venue for one of Detroit DJ Kenny Larkin's upcoming shows, with the spinner now set to perform at Brisbane's Birdees instead of the previously announced Bowler Bar.

The legendary techno and house maestro is set to perform at Melbourne's Brown Alley and Goldfish in Sydney on the short visit. Tickets are on sale now.

Larkin is one of the most respected names to come out of the iconic Detroit scene, along with Derrick May and Carl Craig, both of whom are also touring our shores later this year for Meredith Music Festival and Harbourlife respectively. His albums, Azimuth and Keys, Strings and Tambourines are considered to be two of the most important releases in techno music history.

Get lost (in a good way) in this mega mix from the DJ...
