Julia Jacklin Announces Biggest Headline Shows To Date

And drops new video.

More Julia Jacklin Julia Jacklin

On the back of her critically acclaimed debut LP, Don't Let The Kids WinJulia Jacklin is set to perform her biggest headline shows to date this year.

The burgeoning songwriter will play two epic gigs at Melbourne's Corner Hotel and Metro Theatre in Sydney in May with support from local four-piece, Jaala

Rough River have also scored a supporting set in Melbourne, while Elizabeth Hughes will open in Sydney.

The tour announce comes just days after Jacklin dropped the music video for her album track, Coming Of Age, which the singer has again creatively directed.

"I spent a lot of my teenage years wandering the streets of my hometown Springwood, so it seemed fitting to make the music video for Coming of Age with my high school friend behind the camera and my younger brother and I in front," Jacklin said of the clip.

"My first job was at the Springwood Gardens Chinese Restaurant and I managed to get my old boss in a shot. I didn't think he'd remember me, it's been a decade since I spent my weekends cleaning plates and putting prawn crackers in the deep fryer."
