"Don't ever put hands on my fans again."

US blues and rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa allegedly hit a security guard in the head with his guitar for harassing a fan at a show in the US over the weekend.

As noted by Team Rock, Bonamassa took to social media after his gig at Brady Theatre in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to call out the bouncer in question.

"To the bouncer who harassed one of my fans: You can now tell your family and friends what a 51 Fender No-caster to the head feels like," the online post reads.

"Don't ever put hands on my fans again. Consider that a love tap reminder."
