"I can't wait to get out there and play these songs."
Jimmy Barnes is hitting the road for a massive Aussie tour this year in celebration of his newest album, My Criminal Record.
The tour will kick off in Mackay before heading to Townsville, Cairns, Wollongong, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Toowoomba, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour and Canberra, before wrapping up in Tullamore - where he'll be joined by special guest Troy Cassar-Daley.
Joining Barnes for selected shows throughout the tour will be special guests Jet and Eskimo Joe.
"It’s been ten years since I made an original rock record and I can’t wait to get out there and play these songs, along with all the old favourites, to a live audience," says Barnes. "It’s going to be great!"
Known for his extensive back catalogue both as a solo artist and fronting Cold Chisel, Barnes has spent the past few years working on his Working Class Boy and Working Class Man autobiographies and the accompanying documentary.
