Jessie J Cancels Remaining Aussie Shows

Illness forces the singer to cancel

More Jessie J Jessie J

British pop singer Jessie J has cancelled the remaining dates on her current Australian tour.

The artist, whose hits include Price Tag, Domino and Bang Bang, performed her scheduled shows in Brisbane and Sydney over the weekend, but illness has forced her to cancel the upcoming dates in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Jessie J was due to perform in Melbourne at Rod Laver Arena tonight.

"Due to sudden illness I have unfortunately been medically advised to cancel my three remaining shows in Australia, so I can give myself time to rest and get better," the singer said in a statement.

"I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause my fans in Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. If I could magic myself better and be there I would. I can't wait to perform for you all in the future."

Tickets purchased via credit card will be automatically refunded, while those who bought theirs via another outlet need to return their tickets to the point of purchase. For more details, head to Ticketek's website.
