Jessica Mauboy has announced a new deal with Warner Music Australia.
Mauboy joins the label from Sony Music Entertainment Australia, which she joined after coming second on Australian Idol in 2006.
"I have had an incredible journey with Sony, for which I will forever be grateful," said Mauboy of the deal.
"It’s now time for the next chapter of my career and I’m very excited to be joining the team at Warner Music. I have been spending my time in studio lately and looking forward to releasing new music in the new year."

Throughout her career, Mauboy released four albums (including 2019's Hilda) and has been nominated for 30 ARIA Awards, winning Highest Selling Single in 2009 for Running Back feat. Flo Rida and Best Female Artist in 2013.
Mauboy also established an acting career with roles in Bran Nue Dae and The Sapphires (for which she won the AACTA Award for Best Actress In A Supporting Role), as well as TV series The Secret Daughter.
Mauboy is set to release new music through WMA next year.
