Featuring Jebediah bassist Vanessa Thornton and drummer Brett Mitchell and fronted by Perth local Addison Axe, Perth pop punk outfit Axe Girl have announced their debut album and its accompanying tour.
Funded by a success Pozible campaign earlier this year, their self-titled debut is the result of countless gigs around WA, and was produced by Perth legend Dave Parkin.
The first taste of the album, which drops on November 8, comes in the form of “surf punk feast” Give Me Your Teeshirt.
They’ll be taking the album around the country this November, kicking off at Wednesday 12 November at Frankie’s Pizza in Sydney.
