Indie Brisbane hip hop producer JayCee, aka Josh Cranstoun, introduced himself to the national stage in March with his single, Vibe. Now comes his debut album, Identity Thieves, due 5 Sep, preceded by a new single, The Iconic, which once again features JayCee duetting with Naomi Rigby. The pair will be throwing a launch party at The Zoo.
Cranstoun works over laid-back beats and keyboards work created by John Dalgety, aka Baptist, JayCee's passion the words he delivers. Identity Thieves is released on his own label, OAK Records, and JayCee is currently looking at releasing several other artists on the label.
