Jack White ProfileSplendour In The Grass headliner Jack White has announced solo headline shows this morning, the day of release for his solo album Blunderbuss.
Since becoming an international star with The White Stripes, White has gone on to other musical endeavours like The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather before going solo and spending time on his record label, Third Man Records.
Set to headline Splendour In The Grass as announced yesterday, White will play in Sydney and Melbourne this July. He'll be supported by Lanie Lane, who he's been connected with ever since producing her track Aint Hungry and releasing it through the label.
The shows are as follows:
Wednesday 25 July - Festival Hall, Melbourne
Thursday 26 July - Hordern Pavilion, Sydney
Both shows are all ages and tickets to the general public go on sale Tuesday 1 May at 9am.
