Ivy League Records has today announced the signing of The Cactus Channel's Lewis Coleman to the label's roster. 

The announcement of the Melbourne multi-instrumentalist's signing to Ivy League, who boast a string of huge names in The Teskey Brothers and Hatchie, coincides with the release of his debut single and video, Animal.

“I remember thinking about it early on as a rolling dust ball, hot tempered and short lived,” Coleman said of the track.

“The lyrics were inspired by any kind of overbearing thought process or mood state taking hold, ballooning out over everything, built hastily and fragmented.”
