Ballarat sextet Hunting Grounds have a brand new single Star Shards and while the video for it hit the internet a couple of days ago, we've found a particularly interesting remix of the track, courtesy of the producer of their In Hindsight record, Paul 'Woody' Annison.

Annison was a member of Melbourne electronica duo Pound System aroundthe turn of the century, so he doesn't just know Hunting Grounds well, he's got a very good grasp on the craft of the remix as well.
This is far from the first time the band have allowed their songs to be remixed, last month fellow Ballarat crew Goldfields had a crack at remixing the second single from the recordFlaws and the results were pretty special indeed.
Hunting Grounds have two shows lined up before the end of the year, both happening in the early part of next month.
Saturday 3 November - Fishers Gig @ Bradbury Oval, Campbeltown.
Monday 5 November - Early Hours @ Platform 1, Volt 8, Banana Alley, Melbourne (Cup Eve show)
The band also tour nationally with the Big Day Out in January 2013.
