Horror My Friend, The Love Junkies & More To Play SA's Vision Festival

The event forms part of the city's inaugural Umbrella Winter City Sounds event

More Horror My Friend Horror My Friend

The inaugural Umbrella Winter City Sounds event is coming to Adelaide this July and it's bringing the return of Vision Festival along for the ride, this year headlined by hometown heroes Horror My Friend with appearances from WA faves The Love Junkies and more.

The festival, which was founded and curated by The Music writer and all-round industry aficionado Jonty Czuchwicki, will also boast performances from Newcastle outfit Maids, local chaos peddlers Cobra and ascendant South Australian punks Pemberton. Its mission statement is to shine a spotlight on the country's best emerging rock acts, with last year's event featuring drawcards such as The Dunes, West Thebarton Brothel Party, Glass Skies and Sparkspitter.

The second annual Vision Festival will return at Jive nightclub on Saturday 16 July, with doors opening at 6.30pm. Tickets are $10 and available now via Moshtix.

For more information, see the festival's Facebook event page or website, or Umbrella Winter City Sounds' website.
