Hockey DadSurf-pop duo Hockey Dad are injecting some sunshine into our Australian winters with their new fuzzed-out video for So Tired as they prepare for the imminent release of their debut album.
Directed by Dav Fox, the clip is a playful four minutes of beach babes, cool specs and some campy tomato sauce shark attacks. The release is a taste of their full-length debut, Boronia — 11 tracks of surf and skate, inspired by their native Woollongong.
The boys — guitarist Zach Stephenson and drummer Billy Fleming — have had a mammoth start to 2016 with SXSW, CMJ in New York and their current European/UK tour. Come August, they will embark on their first US headlining tour in support of Boronia.
Boronia is out 12 August on Farmer and The Owl via Inertia.
