Hellyeah close to completing new studio album

Texas southern metallers Hellyeah have recently announced the near completion of their upcoming third studio album.

Vocalist Chad Gray informed fans that a follow-up to 2010's 'Stampede' was almost finalised.

"So fucking close to being done!! On the homestretch and then mix. Can't wait for ya to hear it!!! Have an awesome day Hellions! Chadnesss," Gray wrote on Hellyeah's twitter page.

Hellyeah are set to tour Australia as part of Soundwave 2012.
