The German metal legends return Down Under for five shows this October

European power-metal veterans Helloween have announced that they will be returning to Australia for only the second time in their more-than-three-decade-long career this October, including their first-ever shows in Adelaide and Perth.

With their 15th studio album, My God-Given Right, set to be released this Friday, 29 May (via Nuclear Blast/Caroline Australia), Helloween will touch down in Australia with a few months' grace for their fans to fully digest the record and wrap themselves around the fresh material before the band get under way in Melbourne, at 170 Russell, on Wednesday, 14 October.

From there, the tour will take Helloween to Sydney, where they'll play the Metro Theatre on Friday, 16 October; Brisbane, to perform at Max Watt's on Saturday, 17 October; Adelaide, for a show at The Gov on Monday, 19 October; and Perth, where they bring the revelry to a close at the Capitol on Tuesday, 20 October.

Tickets for Helloween's second-ever tour of Australia go on sale at 9am this coming Monday, 1 June, via Metropolis Touring. VIP meet-and-greet packages are available for all shows.
