Hear The New Track From The Jezabels

'The End' is the first single off their sophomore LP

More The Jezabels The Jezabels

The comeback of indie favourites The Jezabels is in full swing, with the four-piece unveiling their new single The End online today.

The track is another emotive, up-tempo pop anthem from the quartet. Speaking with triple j's The Doctor today, frontwoman Hayley Mary gave some insight into the meaning behind the number.

"Maybe it's not [about] the end of your life - it might be a job or a relationship - and you ask yourself 'is this the end of what I believe in?' And then you kind of go: 'OR is it a new beginning?'" Listen to the track below:

Details surrounding their new album emerged a few weeks ago, with the band revealing they had collaborated producer Dan Grech-Marguerat, who has worked with Moby, Lana Del Rey, The Kooks and the Scissor Sisters in the past. Mary also hinted that the record will drop around the time they return to Australia for Laneway Festival next February.
