Is that a mermaid's tail?

More Harry Styles More Harry Styles

Harry Styles appears with a mermaid's tail and a fully-grown bushy beard in the perfect music video for a song called Music For A Sushi Restaurant.

He is picked up by the cooks in said restaurant, who are ready to chop and cook him before he acts as a siren and sings into their ears. Soon enough, Styles is dressed in feather boas and pearls, becoming the restaurant's main attraction. By the end of the video, everyone, from staff to Styles, is fed up. It's a strange video, the latest in a string of weird music videos promoting Harry's House.

As It Was, the first single of this album cycle, spent eight weeks at #1 in Australia; Harry's House also spent eight weeks atop the charts.

Harry's House was one of the shortlisted albums for the Mercury Prize Music Award, the UK's most prestigious music award. The shortlisted candidates were all first-time picks, with Wet Leg, Sam Fender, Little Simz, Joy Crookes, Yard Act, and Self Esteem among the nominees.

Yard Act, nominated this year for The Overload, believed the prize should go Little Simz's way, using Twitter to share as such, with a side of their trademark humour.

"We fully don't expect to win because the prize should only go to @LittleSimz, but if it doesn't, I dread to think how fat the stack was that Island Records had wired into all the judge's offshore bank accounts. I don't ever want to know."

Little Simz did indeed win the Mercury Prize for her fourth album; Sometimes I Might Be An Introvert.

When accepting the award, she was initially speechless and struck by overflowing emotions. As reported by The Guardian, Simz said, "Wow. I'm very, very overwhelmed; I'm very grateful.

"Glory to God – God, thank you so much; to my family and my loved ones right here. I wanna say a huge thank you to the Mercury for this incredible, incredible prize. I wanna say a thank you to my brother and close collaborator [producer] Inflo – Flo [has] known me since I was so young; he's stuck by me, and we created this album together. There was times in the studio I didn't know if I was gonna finish this record; I was going through all the emotions … he stuck by me."
