Harper Finn Releases New Single & Announces 'Newcomer' EP

Hot off the heels of his win at December's Aotearoa Music Awards, New Zealand talent Harper Finn has today debuted his first music of 2022, releasing Different Skies.

Written with Tobias Kuhn, Different Skies follows the feeling of first love, the acceptance of its inevitable end and the hope of meeting again.

The track is taken from his today announced forthcoming eight-track EP, Newcomer.

Set for release later in the year, the EP features previously released singles Conversations With The Moon, She Said, Good For Me, and the NZ Gold certified Dance Away These Days, alongside three brand new tracks.

The creation of the project spans a couple of years, beginning in Germany before COVID-restrictions saw him end up in LA and being away from home for three months.

Following writing the EP, Finn won the 2021 Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award at December’s Aotearoa Music Awards. 

He said: “Being nominated seems like an award in itself – and this award is such a motivating and energizing thing to be bestowed on me."
