Hard-Ons ProfileThe Hard-Ons, Australian punk rock royalty, are hitting the road in March 2027 for an extensive national tour. They’ll be joined by Jerry A, the former frontman and founder of the seminal hardcore punk band Poison Idea, for an epic co-headline run.
The tour, taking place in regional and metropolitan locations, begins at Woy Woy’s Link & Pin on Thursday, 4 March. It continues with dates in Adelaide, Perth, Margaret River, Canberra, Geelong, Melbourne, Frankston, Hobart, Newcastle, Sydney, the Gold Coast, and concludes at Brisbane’s The Brightside on Sunday, 21 March.
Tickets to all shows are available now via Hard-Ons’ Linktree.
In the late ‘80s, the Hard-Ons toured with Poison Idea for the first time. It was then that they recorded with Jerry A as a guest vocalist in 1993.
Last year, the dream team of Australian and international punks unveiled the single You Won’t Shut Up/Dead End Turnaround ahead of their American tour dates. In August this year, the Hard-Ons and Jerry A released their long-awaited collaborative album via Cheersquad Records & Tapes in Australia and NZ, and American Leather globally.
The Hard-Ons Blackie said of the collaborative effort and tour, “We toured and collaborated a few times before and always talked about getting serious... well, here’s the start of that. Hard-Ons with Jerry A!! It’s happening.”
