New York hardcore act H2O, previously announced as part of the upcoming Warped Tour lineup, have disappeared from the bill.
Yesterday, promoter AJ Maddah claimed via Twitter that the band were never confirmed for the festival. Maddah says the band were initially invited to play the Offspring-headlined tour and were on "draft lineup and mock artwork", blaming the mistake on an incorrect file being sent out.
When questioned about the possibility of an appearance by the outfit - last here in 2011 as part of the Soundwave Festival lineup - Maddah seemed doubtful, tweeting that the band were given a "very reasonable offer" yet "came back asking for insane money".
