Wiley and his compatriots in the Roll Deep crew will play four shows Down Under early next year
Prolific rapper Wiley has announced his debut headline tour of Australia for March 2016.
The veteran artist, who co-founded seminal grime ensemble the Roll Deep crew with Dizzee Rascal in 2002, will be spitting out some filthy lyrics alongside current Roll Deep crew mates DJ Target and Danny Weed.
Though Wiley has his name on over 10 studio albums, this will be his first headline tour Down Under. Combining his massive skills with those of DJ Target and Danny Weed, it'll be clear to all comers why he's known as the Godfather of Grime, given the trio's roles as integral parts of the development and maturation of the grime movement over the past 13 years.
Wiley and crew will play four dates in March: Friday 18 at The Factory in Sydney, Saturday 19 at Max Watt's in Brisbane, Sunday 20 at Max Watt's in Melbourne, and Tuesday 22 at Capitol in Perth.
