Phoenix post hardcore quintet Greeley Estates have entered the studio, with the aim of releasing new material by the middle of the year.
The band, posting on Twitter made the announcement, succinctly writing, "Studio Day 1!!! Drum set up!!"
Moreover, in the bio section of the social networking site the group states, "Currently recording our 5th full length record with long time friend/producer/mastermind Cory Spotts. Due to be released summer 2011."
In related news, Greeley Estates have hinted at a possible DVD release over the past month.
"Who wants a new Greeley DVD in 2011?? Sounds like quite the demand for a GE dvd, could be cool," the band wrote last week.
Greeley Estates's last studio album was 2010's 'No Rain, No Rainbow'.
