Gotye's Somebody... tops the US Adult Contemporary chart.

More Gotye More Gotye

Seven months after first appearing in US chart listings, Gotye's Somebody I Used To Know has topped the US Adult Contemporary chart.

According to Billboard, it is the fourth chart the single has topped there having already reached number one in the Hot 100, the Dance/Club Play chart and the Alternative Songs chart. It is now the only song to have topped all four of those charts.

Unfortunately, Somebody was stripped of its title of longest stay at number one in the US Hot 100 in 2012, where it held the top spot for eight weeks, as Carly Rae Jepsen's Call Me Maybe held at number one for a ninth week in the US today.

Another Australian act performing well is Nervo, who this week move from from 17 to 15 with You're Gonna Love Again in the Dance/Club Play chart.
