Gerard Way "wins" Worst Baby Name of 2009

My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way has been called out as having given his daughter the worst baby name of 2009 - "Bandit".

A poll conducted by website Babynames.co.uk called for votes regarding the recent trend of celebrities bestowing ridiculous names on their offspring, with the "Top 5" being released over the weekend.

Way and his wife, Lindsey Ballato, took out the top gong for their decision to name their new daughter "Bandit". The daughter of the MCR frontman just pipped Joel Madden and Nicole Richie's son 'Sparrow', who Richie recently revealed was named after Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchise.

The children of celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and actor Charlie Sheen also featured in the list.
