Genesis Owusu Announces Aussie Headline Tour Dates
In support of his forthcoming debut album!
To support the forthcoming release of his debut album, Smiling With No Teeth, Canberra hip hop artist Genesis Owusu will head out on a headline tour of Australia.
With the album set for release on 5 March, Owusu will kick off the tour in Brisbane on 9 April, before moving on to perform in Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Fremantle, Perth and Adelaide.
The news comes after the rapper's track, Don't Need You, placed at #73 on the Hottest 100 countdown, having already scored an ARIA nomination for Best Soul/R&B Release.
Smiling With No Teeth marks Owusu's first extended release since his 2017 debut EP, Cardrive.
