Genesis OwusuTo support the forthcoming release of his debut album, Smiling With No Teeth, Canberra hip hop artist Genesis Owusu will head out on a headline tour of Australia.
With the album set for release on 5 March, Owusu will kick off the tour in Brisbane on 9 April, before moving on to perform in Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Fremantle, Perth and Adelaide.
The news comes after the rapper's track, Don't Need You, placed at #73 on the Hottest 100 countdown, having already scored an ARIA nomination for Best Soul/R&B Release.
Smiling With No Teeth marks Owusu's first extended release since his 2017 debut EP, Cardrive.
