"Looking forward to a schooner already."
Just days away from releasing his third studio album, The Wild Swan, on mate and collaborator Ed Sheeran's label Gingerbead Man Records, Irishman Foy Vance has outlined what his upcoming headline sojourn to Australia will look like.
Having graced stages here recently in support of Sheeran and Elton John, Vance will be undertaking his most extensive headline run to date, starting with Perth before heading on to Melbourne, two shows in Sydney and finally Brisbane.
Vance says of the September tour, "This is my second official World Tour and it's the second time that it will start Down Under … No better place to begin. The weather, the food, and the people are quite unlike any other. Looking forward to a schooner already."
Byron Bay neo-folk artist Kyle Lionhart will be joining Vance on the run which kicks off on Saturday, 10 September and wraps up on Saturday, 17 September.
