Former Korn drummer David Silveria to sue former band

Former Korn drummer time-keeper, David Silveria, is pushing forward with suing his former band mates due to unpaid royalties following his departure.

Ex-Korn drummer, David Silveria is pushing forward with legal action against his former band mates due to unpaid royalties following his departure.

As of last week, Silveria is suing Korn; claiming he was originally meant to return to the nu-metal group, was then told no, and subsequently wants to to be paid cuts of the money made in his absence from the band. To add insult to injury, former guitarist Brian 'Head' Welch was allowed back into the fold in 2013, eight years after he left the band - around the same time Silveria has been gone. Furthermore, Silveria had online speculation of his demise greatly exaggerated as rumours surfaced that he had died. That is not the case, as he's very much alive. Ah Internet, when will you learn.
