AbbathHe might have parted company with Norwegian black metal band Immortal, but their frontman and guitarist, Abbath Doom Occulta, has returned with a new three-piece under his own name - Abbath.
He launched the new entity at the Tuska Festival in Finland earlier this year and now he's announced he's bringing the beast to Australia in Oct.
Abbath have a debut album in the works and will play a couple of songs from it, but fans can expect plenty of Immortal back catalogue as well as the odd track from a project he and drummer, KIng, had back in 2006.
