It's called Studio 666 and it's set for release early next year
Continuing their streak as the nicest and funniest rock band around, Foo Fighters have announced their Hollywood debut with a brand new horror-comedy, Studio 666.
Based on a story by lead singer Dave Grohl and featuring all six members of the band, the film will centre around the group recording in a haunted studio, and the terrors that lie within bubbling up to the surface.
"In Studio 666, the legendary rock band Foo Fighters move into an Encino mansion steeped in grisly rock and roll history to record their much anticipated 10th album," a synopsis on the official website reads.
"Once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself grappling with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band."
The Foos are no strangers to a bit of dress up and make believe. From their jetsetting Learn To Fly vid to rolling forward the years for Run and all the way to trolling the Westboro Baptist Church as a bunch of hard-loving truckers, the boys definitely know how to have a laugh.
