Fatman Scoop Blindsides PM On Radio; Demands DJ Collab

Fatman Scoop is in the country hosting Fridayz Live. The BE FAITHFUL DJ was on the 101.9 Fifi, Fev & Nick radio show this morning and taunted none other than Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to join him on stage.

"Hello, sir?" Scoop storms into the studio and says as soon as Albo answers the phone. "This is Fatman Scoop! I was walking around, and I can hear the speakers in here, and I hear you on the radio.

"I'm here working, doing interviews... I've been calling your people for three weeks! What's going on here, sir?" he continued, to the delight of Fifi, Fev & Nick. 

"Mate, I'm here, and I've done a little video for gigs coming up," Albo responded. Scoop quickly cut him off and said, "Sir, I love you; I respect you. But I need you to come down and DJ with me, sir! Be with me, with the people!" he exclaimed, bringing Fev to fits of laughter. 

"Do you have an Instagram? Can I slide into your DMs?" Scoop inquired, "You got to give me an option here, sir, because it's not working!" to which Albo dryly said, "You can slide into my DMs any time, Fatman Scoop."

"Here's the thing... This is not a threat, sir," Scoop said. Fifi confirmed, "You've been our Prime Minister for months, since August, to DJ with you at Fridayz Live this Friday at Rod Laver Arena!" Scoop repeated, "This is not a threat. If you do not do this, I'm getting my Australian citizenship, and I'm running against you, sir.

"I'm out of here; I'll talk to you later," Scoop concluded, with the studio members laughing. "I hate to give you the big tip, but I think I can possibly stop that happening," Albo said. 

Well, it's a hell of a way to promote your upcoming show.

Fatman Scoop will be hosting Fridayz Live with Abbie Chatfield. The line-up includes Macklemore, TLC, Akon, Craig David, Ashanti, Jeremih, Shaggy, Jay Sean, Dru Hill, Lumidee, Havana Brown, and Yo! Mafia.
