Set to hit the country next February in support of the 2018 Laneway Festival, Father John Misty has confirmed he will be extending his stay for some exclusive sideshows. 

Before embarking on the Laneway run, the revered US songwriter will perform headline dates at Sydney's Enmore Theatre and Melbourne's Forum Theatre. 

Joining him at the shows will be Australia's own Jack Ladder who will take to the stage with his band, The Dreamlanders, featuring Kirin J Callinan, Donny Benet and Laurence Pike.

The trip Down Under comes on the back of Misty's April-released critically-acclaimed LP, Pure Comedy.
