Bad call, Delta.
Marcia Howard's dream run on The Voice sadly came to an end last night after the ex-Goanna singer was unsuccessful in making the finals last night.
Fighting for a spot on judge Delta Goodrem's final four, the singer best known as a member of the Aussie band who rose to fame in the late '70s and 80s, performed a cover of fellow rock act Hunters & Collectors' Throw Your Arms Around Me and despite drawing arguably the biggest reaction from the audience during the four-way performance, Howard was not picked to go through to the next round.
"Thank you to Delta and the coaches and the Band and Crew and all the singers that got through to the Blinds and beyond," Howard wrote in an Instagram post last night.
"Keep singing and good luck to the finalists in the Lives. What a ride!"

It seems those watching at home also thought Howard was hard done by, with many nominating her performance as the best of the bunch.
Meanwhile, as TV Tonight reports, the singing competition was also pipped in the ratings last night for the first time this year by MasterChef Australia, bringing in an audience of 1.06 million against the cooking show's 1.09 million.
