The annual industry summit is less than a month away.
Melbourne music and creative arts summit Face The Music is putting the final cherries on top of its 10th-anniversary cake with the announcement of even more industry experts on this year's speaker's bill along with unveiling its full program.
Joining the cabal of artists, media, industry reps and more headed to this month's events will be Iceland Airwaves managing director Grimur Atlason, FBi Radio music director Amelia Jenner, triple j host Bridget Hustwaite, Berlin Sound Diplomacy's Katerina Ivanova, music critic Shaad D'Souza, author and critic Brodie Lancaster, radio and TV personality Ash London, Sounds Australia's Millie Millgate, festival booker Richard Moffat and Pozible general manager Elliot Chapple.
Their names rest alongside an absolutely massive bill of music and creative arts champions from around Australia and the world — including the likes of Marky Ramone, Ariel Pink, Lindy Morrison, Leanne De Souza, Cash Savage, Celeste Liddle and stacks more — set to take over St Paul's Cathedral with two days of panels, discussions, Q&As and more from 23-24 November.
Topics up for discussion will canvass everything from releasing music in a digital environment and the state of the German music landscape to the lack of diversity across the industry, advice for aspiring professionals, artist-audience relations, how to get heard on radio, best practices for staging gigs and much, much more.
