'Exhumed' will premiere next month
The new band competition TV series Exhumed has been given a premiere date, with the show commencing on Thursday 14 November on ABC1 at 8pm.
Described as a comp "for people who play music for the sheer love of it", it was launched by ABC Local Radio back in June, kicking off a nationwide search for unsigned and amateur bands. The comp had over 1400 entries, which was culled down to 44 local winners. Six of those are now set to compete in the five-part series for the title of Exhumed Winner 2013.
The show will be hosted by James Valentine, with Julia Zemiro, Tim Rogers and Clare Bowditch all locked in as judges. Exhumed will come to its conclusion at the Grand Final at the Rooty Hill RSL on Thursday 12 December.
