Local booking agency New World Artists have signed emerging hip hop artist Gill Bates.
The young muso possesses a sound leaning towards the more R&B, alternative side that's etched its way into modern hip hop — he's kind of got a slight Drake vibe with a hints of The Weeknd in for good measure.
Bates, managed by the team at Mutual Friends, dropped his new single She Knows featuring fellow local hip hop star Allday this week — check it out below:

Mutual Friends' Benjamin James said the decision to team up with New World Artists was a "no brainer" to further develop Bates' career.
