TheMusic.com.au has been granted exclusive access to Perth baroque-folk act Anton Franc's new single Water & Blue (Take Me Over) prior to its national launch on Monday 22 April.
Anton Franc is a duo comprised of Joshua Bowyer and Jamie Kuzich, two fully qualified medical doctors from Western Australia, who have put their practice on hold to pursue a career in music.
They've since built a rep for their jaunty, intricate folk music and tongue-in-cheek performances across WA.
The as-yet-unsigned act was nominated for a WAM Song Of The Year award in 2010 for the track Letting Go, off their self-titled debut EP.
Franc are releasing the track ahead of their recently announced Groovin The Moo support performance at Bunbury on Saturday 11 May.
